30 minutes later - meal replacement shake - vanilla mixed with frozen berries and frozen banana

2 hard boiled eggs and hummus with cucumbers

Harvest salad from Smashburger with chicken and no bleu cheese

Spark mixed with 8oz water - cherry flavored

ribs, corn on the cob, cole slaw made with oil/vinegar/sugar
water
truffle - strawberries/blueberries with yogurt and angel food cake
The shake is so good and very filling. I really liked the vanilla mixed with fruit. It helps with my sweet cravings.
It's 12:30p and I am doing good. I am full to satisfaction and I'm not craving sweets. YEAH!
Dinner wasn't on plan but it was a home cooked meal by my Mom so how could I turn that down.

It wasn't bad this morning but this afternoon is a little harder. Glad I started on a Saturday so I can figure it out by Monday in order to go to work with all my snacks.
It's 9pm and I am craving something sweet. Not sure what to have but what I want is CHOCOLATE! I can do this though so I'll probably have some fruit.
